Meet the Bible Study Teachers
One of my passions other than watching my beloved Chicago Cubs is learning more about the Bible. As I have met some of my neighbors and fellow Columbus residents, I discovered that many have an interest in learning more about the Bible as well. So I thought that I would start a Bible study at my home. Since I have yet to meet many who would be interested in attending, I decided to add a bio of Michelle and me.
Tim Orr
I have been involved in ministry for many years serving as a Christian school teacher, associate pastor, and senior pastor. Prior to my conversion, I was involved in a lifestyle that was characterized by drug and alcohol abuse. The story of my testimony has appeared on Pat Robertson’s 700 Club (July 2003). It is out of this redemptive experience that I minister.
My education includes a Bachelor's degree from Calumet College of St Joseph in Organization Management, a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from Olivet Nazarene University, and a Master of Arts degree in Religion from Liberty Theological Seminary, and I am currently finishing up a Master of Divinity degree from Liberty Theological Seminary (2008).
